All our spotlessly clean homes have lovely shaded fully fenced gardens, reverse cycle heating & cooling & fully equipped kitchens with pantry's stocked with many everyday needs. Our homes are obviously comprehensively furnished & equipped with Kingston & Sunpatch cottages also having 2nd showers & toilets. Electric blankets, doonas, linen & towels, CD & DVD players, Automatic washing machines & dryers etc are all standard in our homes.
