Welcome to the Village Centre and Bridge Plaza Shopping Centres, Batemans Bay proudly owned by Local Government Superannuation of NSW.
The Village Centre is located in Perry Street and Bridge Plaza on nearby Clyde Street in the centre of Batemans Bay CBD.
The Village Centre (formerly Stockland) Batemans Bay was originally opened on 24th August, 2004. The Village Centre was purchased on 7th August, 2008 by the Local Government Superannuation Scheme.
The Centres have a total area of 21,824msq incorporating the retail space in both centres.
The Centres boast 4 major stores - Coles, Woolworths, Kmart and Aldi with 56 speciality stores, a womens fitness centre and 4 government offices.
These Centres form the hub of the retail community in Batemans Bay.
