Jane is very gentle in her movements. It has been said she has "healing hands" and has formerly practised at Dora Creek till 2011.

Bowen was first begun by Tom Bowen in Geelong, Victoria, over 50 years ago. He said his methods were a "gift from God"

Bowen Technique is comprised of a series of precise, non invasive tissue moves, stimulating the flow of energy and activating the body's natural healing abilities.
The Emmett Technique is the work of Ross Emmett in Queensland. He is also a Bowen Instructor, who came to Newcastle to train a select few. Mostly 2 or more specific points on the body are pressed gently at the same time, creating a release of nerves and muscles.This has amazing and instant results.
Emmett and Bowen together provide a neuro-muscular release. These are very effective for
