Cancellation Policy / Terms & Condition

1. Tour bookings are subject to minimum numbers and weather conditions.
2. Passengers must arrive at the point of departure at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.
3.The fare will be forfeited if a passenger fails to arrive at the departure point and check in by the time specified; does not meet safety requirements of the skipper or requests their passage to be terminated.
