Cancellation Policy / Terms & Condition

1. Tour bookings are subject to minimum numbers and weather conditions.
2. Passengers must arrive at the point of departure at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.
3. The fare will be forfeited if a passenger fails to arrive at the departure point and check in by the time specified.
4. All passengers are required by law to wear a PFD 1 life jacket (supplied by operator). If any person refuses to meet this requirement on the day they will forfeit their payment in full.

WEATHER CONDITIONS SHOULD BE CONFIRMED WITH THE OPERATOR THE EVENING BEFORE DEPARTURE.
Where a tour transfer is not available/applicable a full refund will be issued by Eurobodalla Coast Reservation by means of the initial payment.
