Exclusive opportunity to stay overnight on this spectacular Nature Reserve and Wildlife Sanctuary. Operating since 2005, these multi Tourism Award winning and Advanced Ecotourism Certified tours are fully-hosted and guided by experienced National Parks and Wildlife Service guides.

Your tour includes:
2 nights accommodation in the fully restored Head Keeper's Cottage, linen provided.
All meals
Guided tour of the Island's south end
Visits to the operating lighthouse and its museum
Seal colony viewing during the boat trip
Gull and Tern breeding areas surrounding you in season
Opportunity to assist seabird habitat restoration or research projects (participation is optional)
Evening penguin viewing - seasonal June to March
Spectacular scenery

Cancellation Policy / Terms & Condition

Booking terms and conditions
To secure your booking a $200 deposit per person is required. Full program payment is required 30 days prior to the program date. In the event of a cancellation

Cancellation policy
- The minimum cancellation fee is a $200 per person
- Cancellations made 30 - 15 days prior to the program departure date will incur a 50% cancellation fee
- Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to the program departure date will incur a 100% cancellation fee
- A cancellation fee is payable within 14 days of the cancellation
- Fare is non refundable should you fail to join the tour or leave the program at any time
- Tour departures are subject to a minimum number of participants. CVA and DEC reserve the right to cancel any program in the event of minimum numbers not being reached or due to bad weather conditions deeming boat travel to the island unsafe. In these instances your full deposit or program payment will be refunded.

Tour extension due to weather / sea conditions
In the event of a program being extended on Montague Island beyond what participants have booked due to inclement weather/sea conditions or other unforeseen events the tour experience will be extended. As a consequence there will be a nominal additional program fee charged of $60 per person per night until such time as participants can safely leave the Island. The fee is subsidised and helps defray the costs of hosting visitors on the Island.
